Both things can be true! It was a hugely emotional moment for me in 2008 when he won. Doesn’t mean we should worship him or blindly support every decision he made. I think we’ve all learned how to think critically about politicians to assess them from all angles.

And this big shift HAS to counter outsourcing jobs to AI. Too many short sighted managers who will get distracted by the shiny new thing and using AI to replace employees. Problem is - AI is bound to make some critical mistakes but there won’t be any human employees to catch or fix those mistakes.

Yeah it’s horrific that the Israel government used the Hannibal directive and sacrificed its own people. It’s been a horrific two years of watching children pulled out of rubble and a steady stream of dead journalists and humanitarian aid workers. If we’re going to speak on it, let’s speak on it.
