I would assume that the Qatari Air Force facility in the US is entirely training focused.

That said, it's worth noting that Qatar has literally bribed the President and his family in multiple ways, to the tune of many millions of dollars.

The U.S. Courts including the Supreme Court need to wake up and end the use of U.S. Military against U.S. residents. If they do not wake up, they will be accountable when there is blood shed in U.S. streets due to U.S. Military invasions of its own country.
