1. It doesn't cross any lines either in general or set forth by the houseguest in question, and

2. The content of the joke is not intended to be interpreted as fact, and clarification is made if necessary.

It is OK to say that a houseguest made a bad move.

It is OK to point out genuine moral questions raised by a houseguest's actions.

It is OK to not like a houseguest.

It is NOT OK to spread false personal rumors about a houseguest.

Watching the full video Vince made it *sound* like he and Kelsey were taking time apart rather than actually breaking up. Which means that one of the two didn't phrase it very well.
