I have a nonprofit called Tree of New America that is helping end #foodinsecurity

We connect rescued food from grocery stores, food banks, food pantry and direct it to people in managed housing. It's incredibly rewarding and I'm proud of the work we're doing

What’s most disheartening isn’t the workload—it’s the entitlement. Volunteers give their time because they believe in something. But when their effort is met with demands instead of gratitude, it’s demotivating. Respect goes a long way. (3/5)
