Before you waste time writing a business plan, make sure you even need one. You may only need an executive summary. You may just need a smile on your face and to ask the right people the right questions too !

Across the board the average ad is only viewed for 3.4 seconds so you need a damn good 2 second strategy. If you can have a one second strategy you'll find yourself REALLY winning.

It's easy to start feeling like you have to do whatever your clients say.

But at the end of the day part of why you're working for yourself is to have less stress so it's worth it to get rid or any client that's too stressful no matter how much they're paying.

It doesn't matter how long you've known them. Get every agreement IN WRITING. If asking damages the relationship, it wasn't one worth having.
