I do want to applaud whoever at Twitter managed to push through the location data update despite the incredibly predictable outcome. anyone with half a brain cell could’ve seen that coming and I think somebody deserves credit for convincing mgmt to go ahead anyway

I got stranded down town after my adventuring (not a story for socials LOL) and had to walk all the way home. Anxiety kicked in as I got to the very steep hill 😂😂

1400 g of tofu that got lost behind the giant tub of gochujang and has to be used before Friday.
And i'm not making jjigae. 🤔

I did this, and they were pretty good. Texture was different because I baked the potatoes, but the taste is close enough. The secret is leeks.
It was a good way to not waste food and got me quick frozen sides I can use on other days.

I'm gonna try making broccoli potato medallions like you get at IKEA but also not like you get at IKEA because I don't have the same ingredients.
