Lightning terrifies me. We had some heavy rain, but nowhere near enough. We are in low fire risk after extreme on Monday. We had one forest fire 15 min away that got put out, but there is another one 20 min away that isnt under control yet. Scary

Insecure is def another example of that. It got really good after the first couple of episodes.

I got into vampire diaries after dropping it at episode 5. A friend told me it gets better around episode 10 and they were right.

I see a lot of slander towards this show, and honestly it doesn't deserve it. It's not even a year old and still telling stories better than soaps that have been on for decades.

I like that we didn't see Doug's funeral. He was a plot device and the fallout is good soap so far.

I am glad I gave #BeyondTheGates another chance. It's still finding its footing, but outside of The Leslie Problem, the storytelling is well done. The acting is mostly improving and I like a lot of the characters.
