A few things the two racist rapists in the Oval today will never understand:

St. Patrick was an immigrant.

St. Patrick's Day has travelled the world thanks to Irish immigrants.

#StPatricksDay is an immigrant's holiday about an immigrant.

☘️ It is a celebration of immigration ☘️

Word of the day is ‘huff-snuff’ (16th century): a hectoring bully or braggart.
Not going to get 15c back on that….
The ESB played an absolute blinder today during #stormeowyn Logged the fault at 11.25 and we were back with full power at 2.25. Very grateful #speirgorm

I've always loved the fact that the word 'sneeze' is the result of a historical accident. The original form, in the Middle Ages, was 'fnese', but someone mistook the 'f' for the long medieval 's' and wrote down 'sn-' instead.

Fneezing sounds much more like a proper, nasal sneeze.
