I’ve gotten a smatter of messages here, IG, and Twatter asking when AFTER WOLF 2 will come out.

In truth, I simply don’t have AW2 in me. Never say never, but AW was a quasi-exorcism for me and took a lot out of me.

I thank all those who’ve bought & shown support of the novel. It does mean a lot.

I can't wait to pick this piece apart in the final stages and break it down into smaller, more digestible chapters.

But for now I'm going to sit in the afterglow for a bit, and do some reading and recharging to prepare for revising all November long.

Still thinking about how I had been working on chapter 3's revision for a year and a half, and have been working on Abel's story since 2022. Still feels surreal to have quite literally moved on to the next chapter even with how crazy the years have been.

I think I just hate this so much more because I know I'm eating enough of my portions where my body says, "Hey, we're getting full." But then 5 or 6 hours later I'm famished again and my blood sugar is dropping.

I hate snacking late at night too.😭😥

Learned about the thing called "Autumn Hungies" the other day, and I gotta say I'm not happy about it. My body never used to get an increased appetite during this time of year, but now I just feel the need to consume food all the time.

This is gonna throw my blood sugar off balance so gd bad. 🤔💦

The draft itself is sitting at 12 pages after getting cleaned up and reformatted, so thinking Ch.4 might be closer to 25-30 pages by the time it gets fleshed out. We shall see when we reach that finish line...

The only thing I allowed for myself to do with this tonight was clean up the draft, reformat it, and organize my notes for Ch.4.

Should be 9 full scenes by the time it gets finished. Maybe 10 if I decide to add a sort of "post credit" prelude to ch.5.
