I guess I'll never understand farmer minds that think "If I destroy all nature I can make a few more $ profit" instead of appreciating the boost in wellbeing they'd experience - more than money could ever buy them - if they connected emotionally with the ecosystems on their land.

I really don't understand what farmers and local Govt have against hedges - it's like they got a flail machine for Christmas and it's become their favorite toy.

Well I'm tired of reading academic papers that simply lay out facts and just conclude that "more research is required", so I hope the science community is becoming more willing to lay out the potential consequences of their data in real-life narratives people can relate to.

I support all Frogs Fighting Fascism, but please can some plastics recycling plants offer to take these difficult to recycle costumes - so that they're disposed of as sustainably as possible - once the Trump regime has been toppled.
