Get It. All their designs seem like they're trying way too hard to be cool, they rarely strike the cool/silly sweet spot. But its okay and I'm glad they haven't turned this game in microcransaction world yet.

You can find some old dragonvale stuff on artstation, with conceot art and notes and stuff, it really seems like the people who were making it loved it dearly. So much so they kept it active for eight fucking years!!!! The new team has kept it active too, but i feel like they don't quite as much +

It has all their anniversary statues (up to year 8) and the B logo and the egg pedestal with the B logo and the oldest and youngest forms of the iconic first two dragons, including the fire dragon which is like The Mascot. I missed them dearly.

With dragonvale specifically, at some point around 2019 or 2020, its old development team Backflip Studios got Exploded and handed the game over to someone else, and i was playing around that time so I made like a little memorial island for them lol

I seriously need "game genre where you just collect a bunch of dudes and decorate and expand your place" to be popular again. Gacha games are like the evil capitalism version of it. What happened to joy and whimsy and being able to do everything reasonably without microtransactions. Yknow

I have a Facebook account that I have never posted anything once on or looked at for more than 1 minute and only keep around because it's attached my save data for an old mobile game I've been playing every now and then for 13 years (though the save data itself is only around 6 years)

Even though i hope he ends up not having a design, that he forever remains an Ominous Voice, i wanted to try making my interpretation of the mystery man sprite as Gaster, if that ends up happening.
I like to think that despite all the spookiness, he is just sort of a strange old man

I do have many Ideas about Friend Deltarune that Im currently making some more real-er stuff about but until i post all that have a Humorous Summary because i downloaded the battle text font

FRIEND, a massive cat-shaped shadowy creature towers over Kris, a blue human. It is dark and they are both ominously lit. FRIEND has a pink eye and a yellow eye, a big smile, more cat shapes around their body, and a large smoky tail ending in a sharp spear shape. While the body is lit with a dark bluish-grey, the tail is lit with dark pink and dark yellow, reflecting the eyes. Kris is lit with dark teal. Friend is saying "KRIS!!" then, looking happy and curling their tail into a heart shape around their head, "HOW ABOUT WE PUT THIS WHOLE 'I TRIED TO KILL YOUR FRIENDS AND AM ALSO PARTIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DISSAPEARANCE OF DESS, AND SEVERELY TRAUMATIZING YOUNGER YOU IN THE PROCESS' BEHIND US, AND JUST BE FRIENDS INSTEAD, OK? WHAT DO YOU SAY TO THAT?" Then Kris looks angry and holds up a middle finger, to which FRIEND responds "OH...."
