Definitely open a ticket in the discord, I had a very similar issue combined with disconnecting controllers and it ended up being a problem with the link box and they replaced it

Really hate that instead of checking the pronouns feature I just get he/him'd because I have a deeper voice. I like my voice and don't really wanna voice train but damn it's frustrating.
