“This incident is not isolated and reflects a growing and dangerous trend of illegal aliens violently resisting arrest and agitators and criminals ramming cars into our law enforcement officers. The Department of Homeland Security told Kilmar Abrego García that the agency intends to send the Salvadoran national to Ghana, according to Ama Frimpong, legal director of the immigrant rights organization CASA. This comes after DHS has floated deporting him to Eswatini, Uganda and Costa Rica.

Oh, man. After reading the article, what it actually says is that an historian did a lot of archival work and spatial research to determine the site of a killing and then the family of the likely perpetrator stepped forward with photographs to confirm identity.
