Significant. Some thought the budget was a done deal after House passage.

But many Dem-supported reforms were left out. And money for DHS body-worn cameras doesn’t make them mandatory — Trump admin opposed that. www.washingtonpost.com/immigration/...

The ICE officer, now identified as Jonathan Ross, who fatally shot a Minneapolis woman in her SUV, had been seriously injured in June when he hooked his arm into the car window of an alleged fugitive who sped off and dragged him down the street.
