Love it! Whenever I get an ICE troll on my EV posts I like to share this video of a stock Polestar 2 absolutely crushing a track prepped Dodge Demon at a professional drag strip. It’s amazing how quickly they say “it’s not about speed”… really? They just time it for no reason then? 🤣

Since supposedly all the store windows are boarded up in Portland I thought I’d show the front of my favorite sandwich shop yesterday, Rad Magic. No plywood, but definitely a graphic of a cloud sitting on a rainbow ☺️🌈 ☁️🥖… also spotted this EV6 at a public charger. What a great shape this thing has.

Ok… so point being why are you dumping on Kia every chance you get. What if every time you posted about the Bolt I told you every bad experience I had in a Chevy or other GM products… like pressing a window switch and the switch assembly detaching from the door card and falling into the door core?

no matter what the stats are... I wouldn't touch one with a ten foot pole and I pretty much loose all respect for anyone that buys a new one. Get a Kia or a Hyundai.

Aristotle wrote about perspective and Greek artists were using it as early as the 5th century BC. Sometimes when I'm thinking I idly make perspective studies like these. It feels like there is a connection in my mind between drawing in perspective and gaining a perspective on a problem.

It's easy to forget that drawing in perspective was once a new technology. The word perspective actually derives from a Latin word meaning to "see through". It is a system for seeing and representing the 3 dimensional world.

I’ve been pretty proud of Portland’s response overall. There have been some interesting studies on how humor is an effective tool.

I had a MR2 & a Matrix... bought both new, both manuals, and they both sounded like driving an empty coffee can with a thousand angry bees inside. 🤣 It took a lot to get that 4 cyl to do much. The MR2 had the coveted combination of light weight & 50/50 weight distribution but that only goes so far.

And on top of the specs, the thing just looks so good! I’m really confused why someone would even entertain a BZ4x or Solterra… or even an Equinox. I’m very happy they got EVs but it bumps me out that they paid so much for something with worse specs that isn’t even iconic or interesting.
