Believe it or not there are still too many Teslas here. And new ones. But not as many driven by white dudes. I think of you are a white guy driving a Tesla in Portland it is definitely not a good look.

People, just think about things for 15 seconds before you repeat them. Someone told my car is powered by coal... the last coal plant closed in our state closed years ago. Most electricity comes from hydro here.

This was my first time seeing a Tesla Model 3 where someone had swapped the logo badge in person. They added an Audi 4 rings logo:
1) it was crooked, about 5º off 🤭
2) if you want to convince us you are one of the good guys maybe don't put a "Galactic Empire" symbol on it?

Been very happy with the Ioniq 5! We also have a Polestar 2 EV which has a lift back and is a little shorter. Great deals on used ones of those!

We got rid of our Golf R just as it really started to need a lot of maintenance. We considered the Volvo EX30 EV. It looks like a crossover but is jut about the same size as the Golf in every dimension. It is 2" shorter & 2" taller than a current Golf. We liked it but went with an Ioniq 5 instead.

Espresso and a vegan chocolate chip cookie this morning from Exquisite Creatures in the central east side of Portland today. This is my favorite vegan cookie in the city right now and they make them in house!

I came from 3 Audis in a row & the Ioniq is a better built car.
When my ICCU popped it gave me a few miles, I pulled over & had it towed. They didn't have an ICCU on hand, they overnighted it. Cars have recalls, Toyota, GM and Ford are recalling tons of cars.
How they handle it is what matters.

I'm well aware. I own the car and had my ICCU replaced, thanks for your concern. They replaced all of them even though the failure rate was very low. Good companies do that. What EV do you have?
