My library and information science professors were huge fans, asking only that we learn how to cite a certain page version rather than the changeable current page (or, worse, just "Wikipedia"). And reminding us that the main strength was in the references, so go to them.
If you'd prefer, "agnostic" is literally saying that you don't know (I'd say also valid for don't care, doesn't feature in your daily life at all), whereas "atheist" is making the positive claim that there is no god. But in casual use the two get used basically the same way, so whatever you like.

That's their style guide - they also referred to President Carter, President Bush, etc. Is it that you don't like their impartial practice and wish they'd referred to President Carter but just Mr Trump? Or that you want them to change their style guide and refer to everyone as Mr/whatever afterward?
