Wow, that's more than I have (although the Alp is my current favourite). I'm only on Sunchemical, Equator and OYC25.

I got samples in from about 15 factories and the best was Alpha Duplication in High Wycombe. The online quote was great but when I phoned up Gillian to talk it through she said it's even cheaper because I was speaking to her! They also have an art dept who are v.helpful with layout etc.

Yes, it is daunting but I'm going through it and happy to share info: We use Elastic Stage for vinyl, it's good quality but they price pretty high so it's hard to reconcile and also make any money. Sourcing CD pressing/packaging was a huge task. (contd)

p.s. I should add that I have had lots of music released over the last 30 years, as part of O Yuki Conjugate, The Sons of Silence, Open Yellow Circle and assorted film & TV soundtracks. But this is my first attempt to sell stuff myself, the hardest thing in the world but hey it's the new reality.

I'm going to experiment with an idea for a "business" model for self-releasing music as physical media.

Firstly, transparency: my aim is to fund The Bionics' 3rd CD "ASTRO MAMBO!" with amazing artwork by @happytoast.co.uk

Mastering + 100 CDs = £564.
To break even I have to sell 47 CDs or 80 DLs.
