I’m not going to do the “Mark’s a Fungi” line as we’re all better than that but what I will say is he is the one of the best cooks on here and always a joy to see what he is preparing.

Nice haul today on my walk
brown oyster mushrooms, maitake, porcelain fungus, a field mushroom and a parasol.

Doing a chicken mushroom and whole wheat noodle chow mein tonight.
Nice and healthy!!

Can I just say I love all the little insights too Lou. Be it hedge trimmings, the state of you son’s room etc. It feels very natural.
