Hey to the person on the train who clearly is sick with a cough and a runny nose, a mask would be so helpful. I am more than two metres away so I’m well social distanced but the continuous cough was quite triggering.

my internet reset itself yesterday after and I walked past the modem last night and the phone light on the modem was on so they fixed it. yay. I wonder if that's what the lady who left the quite low quality voicemail was trying to tell me but did not put it on the file & the other person had no idea

their engineering department is only takes calls between 8am and 8pm. So they can't even deal with it now and now I'm going to call back on the weekend.

well, that was waste of my time and I suppose no one on the same page. Apparently they called me, twice, to inform me of an outage which strange. they never do. I got a text about that and the voicemail mentioned something about the home phone issue.

So they called me a bunch of times while I was at work and I couldn’t pick up. So am going to ruin my day further by having to deal with calling them back and probably still not solve my issue.

I still have a home phone number because people still call it and I changed modems and now the phone doesn't work and a phone call and troubleshooting on their end couldn't fix it and now they have to escalate it and now they will have to contact me again. Which ugh.

Actually, one more thing. They probably don’t care and have gone on with their day without a care in the world but I’m left thinking that I’m a shtty human for reacting the way I did. I should have said nothing or moved or not reacted.

powerbank which I declined. Maybe rudely which didn’t help but I was already in a mood because of them? Then they threw the coins which I then threw back at them and away from them. I should have pocketed it instead. idk. I have a temper and it is the end of the day and idk.
