Spent the day driving around Manchester, New Hampshire, a city for 80-something New Yorkers in deep debt apparently. I was driving alone, something I’m known to do. I saw a woman fleeing domestic violence. I “rendered aid,” vaguely. Minutes or maybe an hour later I was walloped by a Mack truck.

From page 13 of the Project 2025 book. They're re-defining "pursuit of happiness" as an explicitly religious "pursuit of blessedless."

"Our Constitution grants each of us the liberty to do not what we want, but what we ought."

Quote from page 13 of the Project 2025 book:

"When the Founders spoke of “pursuit of Happiness,” what they meant might be understood today as in essence “pursuit of Blessedness.” That is, an individual must be free to live as his Creator ordained—to flourish. Our Constitution grants each of us the liberty to do not what we want, but what we ought. This pursuit of the good life is found primarily in family—marriage, children, Thanksgiving dinners, and the like. Many find happiness through their work. Think of dedicated teach- ers or health care professionals you know, entrepreneurs or plumbers throwing themselves into their businesses—anyone who sees a job well done as a personal reward. Religious devotion and spirituality are the greatest sources of happiness"

The reason the SNES is so cheap here is because this was probably 96-97 and it was at end of life. N64 released in 96 and PS1 in 95 so they couldn’t charge full price. I paid $250 for mine in 1994.

My 10 year old said he and his friends saw one drive by their school at recess the other day. They all agreed it was the ugliest car they’ve ever seen. When you’ve lost 10 year old boys…
