I've been looking through NASA open data to find datasets that would best help me demo vector embeddings and searches. I've created test data with Copilot that is workable, but I'm still looking for real data options.
These could be documents, images, or data files. Since this is for a demo, I'm especially interested in concepts that would be easy for a lay person to follow quickly and to understand why the embedding "worked".
Of course, I'm open to any dataset from other space agencies or even just interesting use cases.

Wow. Greg Bovino admits on camera that his agents can detain people if you look scared, change your demeanor, or grip a steering wheel too tight.

As his unmasked agents walk around with large guns to scare you, they may arrest you just for that — even if you're a U.S. citizen.

They moved us to a room. And had to ask the dog lady to pull her dog aside while other dogs needed to leave.

At least he’s a bit more relaxed. Me, too.
