Has anyone in #Seattle found #Novavax in a #pharmacy recently? I’ve called, scanned pharmacy websites and the Novavax website. Some places show they have it online but when you call or stop by you discover they don’t have it. #vaccine #vaccines #Covid19 #Covid #CovidVaccines #CovidVaccine

The cat started yowling l
late at night. He’s Siamese, so can be chatty, but this was NEW.

The behavior can mean many things, including thyroid. We were already waiting for test results so 🕥⏳💅

Tests showed hyperthyroidism. We started him on meds. He’s stopped the midnight yowling. #cats #pets

If they have their own room in your home, and if it’s possible, bringing a few pieces of furniture and special items to make the new space feel like theirs helps. You will build your routines and be family in a new way, but everyone does better with their own “space.”

Look for local groups that offer refurbished low-cost or free ADA gear as needed (‘cause it can get $$).

I second getting paperwork in order. Insurance, list of doctors, meds, tax docs, wills/trusts, pensions… all of it in one place. Include a DNR, POLST, POA.

Replacing the water main today, 😳 as well as sealing the foundation/basement walls. 🤧Between the noise and the smell, I’ve given up on chores and have retreated to the point farthest away from all of the above with pets in tow. We are all the better for it.

French drain excavation is under way.

So far no great archeological finds, unless you count the top part of a plastic bird.

💚 yes, these will be cooked and eaten! I often put them in strews, but also just pressure cooked with onion, garlic, salt, and whatever sounds good (peppers, tomatoes…) This year I hope to have enough on hand to try some possibilities. We’ll see…

Planted the seeds in spring, and weeks later they popped up. Then they took off and have been producing beans since. Several weeks ago I decided to let the pods start drying on the vines to get these “beans” (versus eating the whole pod/seeds as green beans.)
