Garageband is hard to beat if you're using macOS or iOS. Ableton Live intro is good for macOS or Windows. The coming version of Audacity (macOS, Windows, Linux) looks like a huge upgrade, and it's free. They have a video: www.youtube.com/watch?v=QYM3...

Yep that's it, they keep you awake so they can better monitor you, and if you need to move around or anything. But it's like it never happened. I really don't remember anything about what happened over that time. Effectively you are unconscious, in terms of remembering anything.

The sedation went as they said it would. They put the needle in my arm, asked me a question about what I do for work, and I hardly made it to the end of that. Next thing I knew, it was over and time to leave. You're technically conscious, but it's all forgotten afterwards. Nothing to worry about.
