The technique for making curries is muscle memory. But I'll share the ingredients: soy curls (rehydrated in vegetable broth), tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, turmeric, coriander, cumin, curry powder, sweet paprika, and garam masala. The non-vegan option: put a generous dollop of plain yogurt.
