Me: "Well, they have to be kept at a constant temperature. So, when it's cold outside, your body brings the bag closer to make it warm. And when it's hot, it moves away to get cool."

OPV only used in some very poor countries where wild polio is endemic for two main reasons: 1) it's easy to get to many people fast, 2) it actually blocks transmission, so can slow an epidemic.

Are people getting g dumber? Certainly feels like it. Repeated covid infections? Decline in reading? Ubiquitous marijuana? Certainly seems like a perfect storm for the dumbening of our society.
