In my experience, it has rarely proven unreliable. Failure rates equal to or less than that of humans. I say that as someone who wants to see it regulated heavily.

I'm a fan of Amy Teitel. I've been following this shit show since the Constellation debacle. Count me among those who are NOT a fan of SLS+Orion. It's old tech and not the best way to get this done. I'm happy humanity is going back to the Moon, and I will be cheering, but this is a $$ boondoggle.
