If your goal is to teach others how to spot AI art or to raise awareness of the account, simply screen shot the offending post then post that screen shot. This tends to have more of the desired affect and grant less visibility to the offending account. You can also use lists.

Please remember that commenting on or quoting AI art in an attempt to condemn it can often give AI artists more visibility. When you see AI art select the “show less like this” and/or mute/block the offending account and move on. These “artists” should know nothing but silence.
