On the big screen, Boba Fett off of Star Wars was such an iconic fan favourite that the character spawned spin off series in the recent expanded Disney SW universe, but he had something like 6 minutes total screen time across the original trilogy.

I had an unexpected visit to the eye-emergency ward at the hospital y'day after a finding at my routine eye check-up. In under 15 minutes the nhs consultant pew-pew-pew laser fixed a retinal tear and anybody who tells you we aren't living in the most amazing, incredible, sci-fi timeline, is lying.

Walking on the beach when it has this stillnes in the soft, diffuse, fading evening light with 'Autechre - Perlence subrange 6-36' playing in my ears is as close to a perfect way to unwind after another week working for the man as any I've found.

Oof! Progress of sorts then.

Last time I went flying was at a school drop off. Slipped on the side of the kerb and my attempts to recover my balance somehow got me more tangled up and also gave me more of a spring, so I did a full-blown superman into the gutter full of wet, rotting autumn leaves.

I think so. Old GLC offices originally, iirc. It was the one a tory MP's son died at after he fell off the roof.
I always used to hop the barriers and take my chances in the traffic when crossing at night round there.
