Saw some previews before Tron yesterday. The best looking one, imo, was Zootopia. The worst looking one was a movie called The Bride! which I'm pretty sure was supposed to be the Bride of Frankenstein. It looked awful.

I started to read a new review book today: The Astral Library by Kate Quinn. I'm only 5% in, so nothing has happened yet but I'm liking it. Can't wait to read more.

Oh Batman Knightfall is getting a multi-part animated adaptation. I remember at the time it seemed like a big deal story. Not as big a deal as the Death of Superman, but still pretty big. Not sure if it would be a great animated movie(s) or not.

Doubt I'll see any other movies this year (though I'd like to see Wicked 2) but I really want to see Mando & Grogu, Spider-man Brand New Day, and Avengers Doomsday next year. Hopefully I'll have a job next year. lol

I also went shopping after for cleaning stuff and had the adventure of carrying stuff to the nearest bus stop and waiting for a bus. Then switching to a different bus at a station. Eventually I got home. And now I am in the community room for one last time. I need to eat soon.

Including me there were only four people in the theater for Tron Ares. Of course it was at 1:30 on a Friday so there wouldn't be a lot of people. Hopefully later showings do better. Disney needs to keep making Tron. lol. Also, btw, there is only one end credit scene!

I probably should not have done it but man, I enjoyed myself. It was nice to escape from this mess....er...."new adventure" for a while. I hope I can go see Mando & Grogu next year and maybe a couple of other movies at least.

The last movie I had seen at the theater was in 2019: Rise of Skywalker with my mom & dad. It was weird them not being there with me. I think dad would've liked the movie. I don't think mom would've. Still, I enjoyed it and I sprang for popcorn and soda too.

Well! I did it. I went to see Tron Ares! And it was really good. I think the first one is still the best. I can't remember Legacy very well so I can't say whether Legacy or Ares was better. I enjoyed the movie though. It had been a while since I had been to the movies.

Got back. Met with the person helping me. Got my useless phone back but person helping me said she might be able to find me a phone on Sunday. Here's hoping!

I was thinking about going to see Tron: Ares today but looks like I'll be busy. Still might think about going on Sunday. Though I'd have to walk there and its a bit of walk. I really would like to go see a movie. I know I shouldn't spend the money. Its been too long to since I've been to the theater

Tron: Ares. The VFX were great, music exceptional, even Jared Leto was good, Greta Lee superb… story was rooted in something cool but just fell short. It does too much in too little time. So yes, it’s a Tron movie. I loved it. #laseroranges

I'm going to go visit my mom this morning and then I gotta meet with someone who is helping me out when I get back. Tomorrow will likely be back to the old house to clean things out more.
