The self-pity in this set of paragraphs is remarkable.

One former Jewish staffer in the Biden administration who worked on national security issues recalled that while once proud of telling people what he did, any suggestion that he was working on Israel and Gaza felt fraught.

“I was afraid of learning what someone might think, especially someone under 40,” he said. People would drop off cookies for those pulling late nights on the Russia-Ukraine war — there was no such warmth for those pushing Biden’s policies ahead on Israel.

Working on Israel “felt like a long nightmare that never really ended,” the former official said. Trying to balance his longstanding affection for Israel and his outrage for what was happening in Gaza was difficult: “There was no welcome middle ground that was at all possible.”

Democratic apologetics on their behavior on Palestine basically boils down to this

I say this in the nicest way possible but the best defense l have ever gotten from Biden dead enders on this issue in particular is that he was powerless. That's the best argument. That's genuinely pathetic.

Netanyahu wouldn't have accepted this deal from Biden, but some commentators don't seem to realize that this makes Biden's deference to him all the more damning. He was obviously in the tank for Trump! So why didn't Biden play hardball?

Huh: TikTok took down my 8-second video featuring this image of Debbie Brockman — the news producer just detained by Trump’s CBP agents — saying it violates the “joy of TikTok”

Missed this but according to a recent Hebrew University poll, half of all Israeli Jews think Fox News is biased in favor of Palestinians

Apparently there has not yet been an agreement on which Palestinian hostages will be released by Israel

Lol we call it tripartite of aggression
diplomatofnight.com
Really just one of the more blatant imperial schema to have ever been developed and people straight up think Egypt "started it".
diplomatofnight.com
Ben Gurion was so euphoric about the scheme that he was also envisioning convincing Eden to partition the territories under the control of Jordan between Israel and Iraq lol

Ah yes, the true victim of the tripartite war...Israel

I know making fun of Brianna Wu is like kicking a dead horse but she said on Twitter that Egypt "started the Suez Crisis" by blocking Israel and lol dog the Tripartite War is maybe the most clear-cut case of an act of aggression in postwar history. It was so clear-cut that Eisenhower flipped out.
