I was pressed by a zoomer at my dsa thanksgiving for why I was mildly more optimistic for her generation over millennials re: economic prospects. It’s pretty obvious they don’t feel good about things and just saying “statistically, you are likely to benefit X and Y“ is pretty insufficient.
