i just know there's three small monsters inside standing on top each other and they all share a common goal of trying to sneak into the movie theater. or carnival in this case. eventually the bottom one will trip and the cover is blown

honestly i think the existence of interactive fiction proves it can be. like even just text with a parser to give commands or clickable words i.e. things made in Twine prove that a game could just be prose you interact with
