I’m still early into Yooka-Replaylee but…

They did it!

Immediately - controls better, looks better, sounds better, paced SO MUCH better, and funnier. And I say this as someone who still does not like the original Yooka-Laylee. But Replaylee so far is good, maybe even great!

Replaylee looks like the game they wanted to do all along, but somehow they couldn't at the time, maybe because of budget, technical knowledge, time constraints, etc.
Glad they could do the original game justice!
