DOJ will never press such regal charges. But Trumps acts create fear, which powers market manipulation via tarriffs AS WELL AS Collection & laundering of EMOLUMENTS (not an immune act) NY AG can charge in STATE court as jurisfuction for WALL St.

Art. II, S. 4 of the U.S. Constitution establishes that the President, Vice President, and all civil officers of the United States shall be removed from office upon impeachment for and conviction of treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.

The argument they will make is that it does not mean they are removed TOGETHER, but each as they each may be separately convicted. However, in court, not Congress, they may be convicted together under RICO statutes.

The US Uniform Code of Military Justice requires soldiers to disobey illegal orders. But they would 1st be court-martialed. Hegseth's new HAG appointees would decide the cases, then it could be appealed > SHJ decision & precedent ex: whether refusing to take arms against civilians was legal or not

His businesses mechanized his taking of bribes & emoluments & there is precedent for that as remedies for a Public Nuissance with some of the opioid makers suits. Part of such a suit should limit profits from acts while the suit is pending:putting all Trump Inc income in escrow tho I'm not a lawyer
