In six years, we've had our mailbox hit by a car six times (this time it flipped), two different trees struck, and our trashcan obliterated once.

I'm legitimately worried somebody is going to be killed if the county continues to refuse the installation of speed bumps on our road.

Also, just because somebody is hypocritical or terrible doesn't mean their IDEA is automatically wrong. Terrible people can have good ideas. Great people can have terrible ideas.

Them being terrible could be reason to investigate the idea or claim more closely, but you should do that anyway.

Hey, so "tu quoque" is a fallacy. Pointing out somebody else's hypocrisy doesn't suddenly mean you're allowed to do the exact same thing. That's not a logical argument.

"I'm AGAINST eating people, but I still DO eat people because YOU ate people first" makes no damned sense.
