Monday and today marks one week since I swapped into the MySteel. Without wishing to taunt the gods everything, so far, is ok with no rubbing that I can tell. So no real reason to swap back to the Behind Barz yet. Access to the lockboxes has also been denied so no real need for the seals now either.
Hope everyone had a fantastic time at @animalz.bsky.social last night. The one thing I'm definitely not missing from being absent at Doggy Weekend is waking up feeling like death after a good night out. 😂 Hope the last full day is a blast.
Saturday and it's weekly lock check time. All secure in the MySteel and GPS ankle trackers. The emergency key tub and lockboxes have had tamper proof seals placed on them too. Was also haircut day and hard to believe that under those coveralls is one locked, tracked and diapered pup.
As someone that has faceblindness I 100% agree. It's hard enough at the best of times but add a pup hood/ gas mask and different outfits per day and I have zero idea who anyone is.
Last year we started with good intentions and the Thursday night ended up as a 3am job with waaay too much alcohol. Friday was a bit of a write off and we ended up playing catch up. There definitely needs to be a 'Pace Yourself' in the booklet 😂
TFI Friday. Definitely been a bit of a struggle to get back into the work swing of things after a week off. Still in the MySteel + 4cm diameter plug (managed 13 hours plugged yesterday) and have added a Betterdry M10 and booster to see how far I can push it. 4 hours and counting... #BDF
Yeah - The big danger is when Office has a sale on and I go "Mmm... black Shox TL with red flashes - that's totally my colour, half price, and in my size..." I haven't weakened yet but I know it's only a matter of time...

Nothing cheers me up more* than a patch from Microsoft that borks an Exchange server in the DAG so badly that I have to restore it from backup. Cheers for that. * In a 'fucking hell Microsoft' kind of way. Just 3 mailboxes left and I can nuke on prem Exchange from my network.
Happy Hump Day everyone and for those of you doing Locktober you're over half way there now. Managed 10 hours of being plugged and the MySteel is starting to feel comfortable again. Reckon I'll swap back to the Behind Barz at the weekend when @pupdoofus.bsky.social can supervise.

Still in the MySteel (the BehindBarz is looking clean but all sad and empty). Decided to lock the 4cm diameter plug to the rear cable and that was how Nerdy spent 9am - 6pm. The iD Expert Slip Maxi Prime is my go-to daily diaper and it mostly held till 4pm - I blame back to back meetings! 💧
