Lot going on so forgot to upload the weekly seals check yesterday (last week: bit.ly/3LIRBBD). I'm locked in the MySteel for at least a week and everything's sealed to prevent tampering. Also wearing a @nru.co.uk STR8UP for the first time in ages - not sure blue's my colour though 😂

Hump day and, in Nerdy's case, gym day. Cuffs removed and relocked for the gym and pleased with progress (now shifting 85kg on the squat rack and 80kg on deadlifts - I weight 65kg). Last photo of me locked in the MySteel as a 50 year old too. I suspect I'll still be locked in said belt tomorrow. 😂

Monday and it's weekly seals check time. Still in the MySteel and riding the wave of both loving being in and also wishing I was definitely not locked in it. Was at the gym earlier so removal of the tracker cuffs was required. All locked back on again.

TFI Friday - what a week. Felt like a Megamax day so that's what was donned this morning. Still going strong at 4pm and feels like plenty of capacity left. Could be a contender for #BDF later on 😂

Some days I wake up and I'm fine in the belt. Today I woke up and wanted it off as the horn was so bad. Glad the emergency key tub isn't within reach now as temptation has been removed. Just have to endure. Gym tonight so tracker cuffs were removed and are now back on.

@regulation.store delivery time! Ordered the Ball Gag Head Harness, Silencilicone Strap for Head Harness and some more lube (cos you can never have enough.) Didn't realise the ball gag was non-removable but have fixed it so I can use both gags. Lovely piece of kit 😀

Hump day and Nerdy is feeling a bit under the weather (boo to bugs!) One of the screws that holds the rear cable in place fell out 😱 so had to unlock, reattach the screw and then tighten everything back up. Belt locked back on with seals reattached.

Gym today so that means it's tag removal and reattachment. Unfortunately the screws on the left ankle D-ring worked their way loose so had to sort them this morning but that's me trackable again. Feels very strange when I'm not wearing them now.

Friends were discussing one of their children wanting Magic: The Gathering cards for their Christmas and the memories of me playing back in 1994 came flooding back. I still have my old cards and really must get round to cataloging them all. Some are so old the Tap symbol is a T!

Thigh bands added to the belt and locked together. Definitely one of those setups that makes me very glad I'm diapered 24x7. Have locked a chain to my ankle cuffs as well and I'm pretty well hobbled and reduced to shuffling round the flat.
