really though even just things like the fact that Moving Around didn't feel good in ovw is one of the reasons i abandoned it ages ago. but since source has that sweet sweet quake dna in it we get to have basic, nice things like air strafing and bhopping and everything

craziest thing about starting to get into deadlock is having to watch the good players explain the concept of air strafing to all the overwatch and league players they're trying to rehabilitate. and i'm over here coming from neither camp but instead tf2 where i've spent the last 9 years air strafing

one of the things bsky actually gets right is the content labeling and so many people still choose not to use it. why. like is your sense of courtesy that eroded. it's not like it's difficult. do people just forget every time..

i think the best fanart anyone can make is the kind where someone who is totally unfamiliar with the source material can still glean something meaningful about the story/characters/themes just from looking at your work. that's what i try to achieve with my fanart as best i can
