It's also just sick to play a skating game that isn't in the same "go and explore and make your own lines" mode than I feel like most post-Tony skaters are in.

That stuff can be fun! But Skate Story is *doing something* and it's so SO cool.

This took a while to do. I compared Final Fantasy Tactics, Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions, and Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles for @rpgsite.net going over features, platform differences, visuals, load times for all the versions, and more: www.rpgsite.net/feature/1859...
Final Fantasy Tactics - The Ivalice Chronicles on Switch 2, Steam Deck OLED, ROG Ally, and PS Portal next to two PS Vitas running FF Tactics PS1 and WOTL. There's a physical copy of the PS5 version next to an iPad running FFT WOTL, the Switch and Steam Deck LCD with the classic mode for the Ivalice Chronicles. I also have the soundtrack playing on a phone via Apple Music next to two espresso cups with black coffee. Been playing a lot of Virtua Tennis 2 on the PS2 (actual masterpiece, one of the best-feeling games ever made) and apparently it's been almost 15 years since the last proper game in that series? Failed civilisation.

A PlayStation 2 on a desk in the early phases of being dismantled. More bits removed, including the fan and power supply. The EMOTION ENGINE, stripped bare, leaking its emotions out into the world. The swirly orbs, indicating a successfully replaced CMS battery.
