Been playing a lot of Virtua Tennis 2 on the PS2 (actual masterpiece, one of the best-feeling games ever made) and apparently it's been almost 15 years since the last proper game in that series? Failed civilisation.

PS2 system clock keeps resetting to 01/01/2000, so today's project is dismantling the entire console, because Sony made it really difficult for some reason, and replacing the CMOS battery.

The way I have been describing Baby Steps is "what if you put like Silent Hill style motivation and characterization in something that is ostensibly a comedy", which is why I am getting so much out of it.

Skin Deep is still my favorite game I've played this year. And yes, it is VERY funny. It's also a fantastic distillation of immersive sim mechanics into bite-sized levels that are so replayable. Also it's very funny.
