Given the state of things, I have to take joy from the little things. Therefore, I'm happy to see that my favorite 007 score (and my favorite Bond film) is being released in an expanded form.

.... Joan Weldon (1930 – 2021) – Dr. Patricia Medford. A stage singer by trade, she had a fairly short film and TV career. And once it was over, she resumed singing in the road productions of “The Music Man” and “Oklahoma!”, etc.

Last I checked, Sandy Descher (1945 - ) is the last surviving cast member of #Them!. A child actress, she had a fairly short career with “The Miracle on 34th Street” and “The Man in the Gray Flannel Suit” being the only other films of hers that I’ve seen.

Hot take: In different ways both Nick and Peg are outcasts, so an element of "attraction" (empathy really) may be natural. Of course, it makes the ending that much more heartbreaking.
