The psychopath who runs the cult has many of the traits of the Orange Pustule, except for the stupidity/dementia. The cult members are batshit crazy ala magats/evilgenitals/repulsives

The show seems fascinating. Had to laugh at one part of your post, though. "evilgenitals." I think you were going for a combination of evil evangelicals, but not having seen the show, I suppose it could feature evil genitals.
