My brother said if I were ever in a comatose state he would play me the most annoying song on repeat... guess who's in the ICU now?
Example: A lady at work is going through IVF and I'm so anxious about it not working out. I don't know her enough to form an opinion on whether or not I think she'll make a good parent but the thought of my discomfort over her sadness if it doesn't work makes me so anxious.
When I pray I pray for random people I have no actual investment in because the thought of their sadness in my presence makes me extraordinarily uncomfortable. I wonder what that's called.

I just want to be my own boss, travel the world, learn new languages, taste new foods and come home to my apartment with big windows in a walkable city. I want a perfume, bag and high heel collection. I want good music and wine. I want everyone I love to live a long and healthy life. That's all.
