ENSO-neutral conditions are expected to continue through summer.

While the odds of La Niña increase through the fall, the odds of neutral conditions continuing slightly outweigh those of La Niña.

However, the majority of model forecasts are concentrated in the neutral range, meaning the highest chance is that the temperature in the Niño-3.4 region of the tropical Pacific will be near average.
