Panel 2: Lumine smiles appreciatively and says, "Thank you very much!" Wanderer is seen in chibi form blushing and silently lowering his hat in response to her gratitude.
Panel 3: Lumine walks away in the background. Wanderer turns to Childe as they head in the opposite direction and asks, "You wanna know something stupid?"
Panel 4: A flashback to Wanderer learning to sew together his first handmade doll in Sumeru. He continues in the present scene: "Whenever I make one of those dumb little dolls...I can't help but feel responsible for them."

Panel 5: the flashback scene continues with Wanderer tucking the newly made doll (the one from his lore) into his hat. He continues: "Even though they're only made of discarded old scraps of fabric, and aren't alive..."

Art has been admittedly hard this month + most of this year bc of grief + the ways it's impacted my neuroses. I have to go out of state to sort thru my dad's things soon and it's filling me with a deep dread. I'll be fine, but man it sucks.
