It is hard for them to think we are more heartfelt, wanting to ensure the money is actually getting to the people who need it instead of lining the pockets of the bureaucrats overseeing the program. They forget that most charities use volunteer labour instead of mostly overpriced Union wages.

No, because that was an individual action. If the action can be done without harm, it can still happen. If harm is still caused and the knowledge of the harm happening exists, that is now a criminal charge that is already illegal. also, the r word, really?

No, I am prepared to repeal the Canada Health Act and allow provinces the option to choose how best to provide health care to their citizens, or, if they wish, allow citizens to get it privately. This way, more money in the pockets of individuals and less power for Public Sector Unions. Win/Win

No, and if they did, and you can show the measurable harm it has caused, you take them to court via ca lass action lawsuit. The more this happens and companies are forced to pay for the damage reversal, the more companies prevent this cost in the future.
