Does anyone else sometimes find themselves in an all consuming vortex where they can't focus on anything else and are filled with adrenaline working on novel revisions or am I just excessive?

My mom's dog is hilarious. She won't listen when I call her name, but she always listens when I call my dog's name because she loves Phoebe and wants to do everything Phoebe does. 😂🥰
