The stars are really aligned for Europe needing a strong France so that is easy.

And they are at the same time aligned for the needed reforms in France being close to impossible and the leader pushing them through being hated for a generation or two.

What we got was likely about Moscow’s worst-case scenario for the full-scale invasion before it was launched and he’s still in power.

If I had to guess his limit for risk is keeping it below risking being ousted from power or killed.

His aversion seems to be to big risks. He takes a lot of very small ones.

The drones are a risk, but no chance that the negative fallout will be massive. Either a small win or a small loss.

Få kvar som var vuxna innan det tilläts och problemen doldes medvetet och syns därför inte väl för moderna människor som betraktar dåtiden.

Man bör betänka att alla ambassadörer för alla länder är där för att sprida landets budskap, inte primärkällor till särskilt mycket alls.

Det enda du kan få ut av att intervjua en ambassadör är då vad landet vill att vi ska tro, tycka, inte tro, eller inte tycka.

Inte vad som är sant eller falskt.
