A long overdue introduction:

Hi everyone, I'm Briar! I'm the sole person behind Ethereal Hive Crafts! I make fandom based soaps, as well as a variety of other things. Mostly it's soap.

I also do too many fibercrafts, write, draw, and LARP in my free time.

Everything is okay, thankfully! (Minor leak in the tank, better to replace it now. Heel will heal, I just need significant time to rest off my feet. (I've likely given myself bursitis due to walking for an extended period of time in accidentally-too-small shoes.) Knee aggravated from heel, etc.)

The long & short of it: not only is a minor injury in my foot flaring, we have to prepare the house to replace our 60 year old oil tank...so currently my workspace is Very Blocked and I can't easily do...most things, truthfully.

To recuperate the funds from that would drive the price for the shampoo up to $10 a bottle and I wouldn't make any profit off of it. Obviously, less than ideal for everyone involved. This is the first real bad hit we've taken, and makes me worried for the future of my business.

Welp.
For the foreseeable future, shampoo will not be available in the shop.
I have a key ingredient I get for it that I can only get from a Canadian supplier. I bought $76 (with shipping) worth of this product...and got charged $171 in tariffs. On top of the money I already spent. 😬

So some fun facts, and then oops I missed two giveaway draws.

Did you know that via online sales alone, I've shipped 260 bars of soap so far? (That's about 52 lbs!) And that's definitely not including the in-person sales, the bonus soaps, etc.
